Hello,
There are no such options by default in WooCommerce settings. So, you may try to implement this only using the additional plugin. Contact Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin author to get information if that plugin has such options. Also, you may take a look at the Checkout manager plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/
