    Hi there,
Unfortunately, while variation swatches work fine in shop, they dont show up in SINGLE PRODUCT PAGE.

I have not installed any plug in (like PRODUCT CONFIGURATOR) that may interfere with the theme swatches.

    Please help

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.

    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    Let us know the result.
If the problem won’t be solved, provide temporary FTP access. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards

    Hi again,

I have deactivated all 3rd party plugins but the issue is still there. I have searched a bit in your forum and it seems that there are also other people having the same issue. I sent you the ftp credentials in order to fix the problem ASAP!!!

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
The situation on your site is different from others.
    I’ve created a new attribute – https://prnt.sc/P8MIyn15f7GR https://prnt.sc/-t2B07ctrMS- then I’ve created a new product – https://prnt.sc/aQXaYw016kaj Please check “test product” on your site https://prnt.sc/3VFOjwwmxudz
This new product works fine because was created according to our video tutorial – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A
It means products/attributes on your site were created/imported with a mistake that is the reason for the problem.

    Regards
