Hello,
1) Add this code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global custom CSS: .et-footer-fixed-on .et-footers-wrapper {z-index: 0}
as a temporary solution, you will be able to delete this code after the next update of the theme.
2) Our developers are working on this problem. I hope the solution will be included in the next update.
