Many thanks for the answer, what did you do to fix it?
Please let me know how to do the same while I can not reach you, the delay will cause me financial loss for website busy time and I will lose customer, so if I got access teach me to fix these kind of trouble. I have so many users working on UI so this bug is not avoidable and may happen again although I’ll warn them all about what you mentioned.
what should I do if it happened again?
this time I ran the setup of the theme and it did not work either.
meanwhile I wanted to ask you please take a close look at the site and let me know if I installed the theme correctly and I am using its complete ability and nest performance.
