XStore WordPress Theme not working properly.

I purchased XStore WordPress Theme today and it’s not working properly. I spend 39$ to purchase it and this theme having troubling i can’t work with like this. can you fix this? if you can’t please give me my money back and I’ll try another theme. and i’m so tired with this. give me the solution as soon as possible and i did’t finish my home page yet with this issues.

I understand your frustrations on this. Checking on your site, it appears that you are yet to carry out the demo import. This really helps in kickstarting your site design process. If so, you may then proceed with the demo import as per the article here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/34-demo-content.

Should you encounter any issues with the import, please do let us know and privately share some temporary WordPress admin credentials with us.

hello,

I have done all your steps. but the problems are the same. please see the attachment and give me the best solution for this. or give me the refund, I’ll try with another theme. I have done so much with this. this is a very very bad situation. Please understand and do the best.

Describe in more detail what exactly not working properly. Provide temporary wp-admin access.
