Have you deleted “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ to avoid problems with old files, before uploading theme files? If not, open theme folder via FTP and delete the woocommerce folder then upload the new woocommerce folder from the latest theme package (can be downloaded on ThemeForest).
