Hello,
1) If you want to update theme to the latest version you need to update WC plugin to version 3.3.3 first because the new version of XStore theme does not support WC 3.2.x anymore.
2) If you want to get help with theme and plugin update provide me correct FTP access to your site and do the backup of all the files and DB before reply back.
