Single Product Page frozen and not updating

Hi all,
I’m stuck with finishing my ecommerce page as 8theme Single Product Page Builder is not working and the product page is frozen with some product text and not displaying any funcionality. Would love your help.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.

Hi Rose,
I did what you’ve suggested and the only way to recover the single page builder functionality is to deactivate Elementor, which seems weird… Any thought on that? Thx!

Forgot to tell you: as an example of Xstore theme not working – the product gallery is broken once the product page is published.

Please notice that the theme (Xstore) is actually not working to customize product page – I’ve already test it with several other themes and it works.

– do you mean an additional plugin?
I’ve edited your “Stan Lee – Thor: Ragnarok – Marvel – 1/6 Figure – Hot Toys” product and removed the custom table that you added in the product description, now some content can be seen for this product now.
But there is something else, it looks like you are using additional plugins to customize single product page. Did you make changes in theme files also? Do you use server cache and CDN? Could you temporarily disable such cache? Provide FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.

We need wp-admin access. Please provide correct access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

FYI, I disabled all plugins except for Woocommerce, and the product page worked ok. After activating Elementor, the product page presented the issue again…
