I’ve enabled Visual Composer editor for all content types in Settings > Visual Composer. You have VC editor in Cleopatra page:
Also there are Footer areas in Appearance > Widgets:

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
