After upgrading PRO Elements to 4.0.4.2, the plugin is displaying errors. When I edit a page, I get a 500 error, and I can’t save the changes.
After editing the page, I can’t save the content and get a 500 error. Could you please look into the cause?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The situation you are facing is not directly related to the theme. You can follow the plugin documentation – https://elementor.com/help/500-error/ and contact their support directly.

When I click “Next Page” in the blog category list, the blog cover images don’t load the first time; I have to refresh the page for them to appear. What’s causing this? Could you help me figure out why?
Hi,
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
