Hello, jeroenberings,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing with the Pro Elements plugin included in the X-store package. We understand that the backend performance is crucial for your workflow.
To address this issue, we recommend the following steps:
1. Ensure that your server meets the recommended PHP settings and memory limits for optimal performance.
2. Check for any conflicting plugins that might be affecting the speed and try deactivating them temporarily to identify any potential conflicts.
3. Clear your website’s cache and browser cache to ensure that you are working with the most recent version of your site.
4. Update all themes and plugins to their latest versions to benefit from performance improvements and bug fixes.
5. Consider optimizing your database and reviewing your hosting plan to ensure it meets the demands of your website.
If the issue persists, please provide us with more details or contact our support team directly for further assistance. We are committed to helping you resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
