    Hi Team,

My Site went down again today due the Pro Element update to the latest version. To fix the issue, I deleted the plugin folder via file manager and trying to install from X-store plugin manager as suggested as the solution mentioned in other support topics. But installing through x store plugin giving me this attached error https://freeimage.host/i/BD6N7R9 (plug in installation failed)

Currently mu modified header and footer templates are not showing up. Credentials are added in private area

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please ensure that you have installed the latest version of the PRO Elements plugin (v4.0.4.1) available at https://proelements.org/, as earlier versions may contain bugs or issues that could cause fatal errors.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I installed version v4.0.4.1 from their Git https://github.com/proelements/proelements/releases and site seems back online.
But how will I make sure this issue won’t happen in future with an upcoming version upgrade

Seems like I still have issues. Currently, I see this warning and all the installed plugins are not visible.

    Hi,

In your screenshot, we can see that you are using version 4.0.4 of the plugin. We recommend installing version 4.0.4.1 instead. Unfortunately, the plugin’s performance does not depend on us, as the updates are released by the plugin’s authors, which sometimes causes temporary issues. We are confident that they will resolve these problems in the future.
For now, please continue using the version that works stably (4.0.4.1) and avoid updating until you are sure that the latest released version is stable. To ensure this, we suggest waiting a week after a new update before installing it.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
