    Hello, Arka Sarkar,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing after updating the theme and Pro Elements. Please provide us with temporary WordPress admin and FTP access in a private message so that we can check the issue directly on your website.

In the meantime, please make sure that your theme, plugins, and WordPress core are all updated to their latest versions, and clear any cache after updates. Deactivating unnecessary plugins is also a good step to reduce CPU usage.

Once we receive the access details, we will investigate the cause of the 500 and critical errors and assist you in resolving them as soon as possible.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

YES I HAVE UPDATED THE PRO PLUGINGS. YOU CAN CHECK THERE IS A SPIKE IN CPU USES BUT UNDER CONTROL. I HAVE NOT ACTIVETED YET Google for WooCommerce, LiteSpeed Cache, Site Kit by Google, Yoast SEO. I WILL ACTIVE ONE BY ONE, ONLY ONE PLUGIN EACH DAY AND LET YOU KNOW THE RESULTS. PLEASE CHECK.

I have done a few things in last few hours. 1st Disable the pro elements, 2nd removed jetpack and jetpack protect, 3rd disable XML-RPC, 4th enable litespeed cache. after that the result is CPU:

    Last 1 hour: ~15–31% (normal)
Last 6 hours: repeatedly hit 100% in multiple 5‑minute intervals (major spike periods)
    Memory:

Last 1 hour: ~252–525 MB (normal)
Last 6 hours: spiked much higher early on (peaks around ~3.8–4.0 GB), then dropped back down
    PHP Workers / Max processes:

Last 1 hour: ~1–2 PHP workers, max processes ~4–13 (normal)
Last 6 hours: max processes were much higher earlier (peaking around ~100+), then stabilized
    I/O (Throughput) / IOPS:

Last 1 hour: normal (no limit pressure)
Last 6 hours: mostly low, but there were some bursts
Bottom line: your current hour looks healthy, but the previous 6 hours show clear resource spikes (especially CPU and memory), which is consistent with the kind of behavior that can lead to slowdowns or suspensions.

    Hello, Arka Sarkar,

The increase in CPU load when the plugin is activated is related to the fact that, once enabled, it rewrites the caches and regenerates the CSS for each page. Such load spikes may also occur during plugin updates, as all plugins are temporarily deactivated and then reactivated during this process.

    Hello, Arka Sarkar,

We have noticed that this request is part of WPForms and is triggered on all pages because the form is located in the footer. Since the plugin that provides this form is not included with our product, we cannot take responsibility for its functionality. We kindly ask you to contact the author of the WPForms plugin for further assistance.

Since you have disabled the plugin that was causing the issue, it should no longer occur. For working with forms, we recommend using the Contact Form 7 and Mailchimp plugins.
