Xstore Home page error 506 BUT only home page

I imported hipster wpbakery version and all pages function BUT not the home page, I get an error 503 no idea why. I do not like elemtor so it is the wpbakery version. Note I did try to import the home paghe only via the import and putting this page link https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/hipster/ in but it was a blank page so i did not update it

Could you please deactivate all security and caching plugins, then try importing again?

you want me to import the home page again or the entire demo ? This did not work from the word GO after i imported the demo with whatever demo required plugins it needed so not sure what i am doing here exactly.

i deleted the demo install and reimported, had the 503 error but deactivated “Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” “revolution slider” “jetpack” “w3cache” but no 503 but blank home page, on chrome windows 10 ultimate just for reference. But on firefox and firefox developer it show navigation and logo and also on edge. I am confused a bit….

Hello,

Could you please contact your hosting provider regarding the 503 error?

This error is related to the server side and may be caused by a conflict between the Revolution Slider plugin and your hosting server.

1. Please ask your hosting provider to:
– Disable ModSecurity for your domain, or
– Whitelist the Slider Revolution rules.

A typical error log entry may look like this:
ModSecurity: Access denied with code 503

This issue is quite common on shared hosting environments.

2. Clear and rebuild the Slider Revolution cache:
In your WordPress admin panel, go to:
Slider Revolution → Global Settings → Clear Cache → Regenerate Sliders

Additionally, manually delete the following folder:
/wp-content/uploads/revslider/

3. Check the server error logs (important):
Look for entries such as:
– PHP Fatal error
– Allowed memory size exhausted
– ModSecurity
– Request terminated

Typical log file paths:

/var/log/php-fpm.log /var/log/apache/error.log

You can also check the error logs through your hosting control panel.

and the other ticket is the entire home page in Chrome on tmobile business internet is not showing, comcast/xfinity isp it can be seen but only navigation and header nothing else examples of installs with revolution slider, work on all browsers i have checked and all isps… I did download logs for the /united and /pbmc installs will look through them
