Urgent: Site Homepage – Landing page not rendering properly

Hello 8theme Support Team

I trust that you are well.

Please be advised that we subscribed to and updated the WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping and Extra Custom Product Options plugins.

We noticed that on the website’s landing page some of the category tile images, as well as the payment method icons in the footer are either not rendering correctly or are not displaying at all.
We are hopeful that the recent plugin updates will assist in improving the overall health, performance of the website.

Please have a look at both plugin updates and check whether everything is functioning correctly on the front end? If there are any issues that still require attention, we would appreciate it if you could investigate them and let us know your findings.

We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your feedback once you’ve completed the checks.

While connecting to the FTP, we are receiving the following error:

Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity.

Additionally, when trying to access the admin panel, we encounter an error indicating that the specified user does not exist.

Hello, Mark,

Thank you for providing access. Unfortunately, the access to the admin panel is limited, and we are unable to check whether an image has been added to the category. We also cannot connect to the FTP. However, we can see that a third-party plugin element is being used to display the categories, so we recommend contacting the author of that plugin for further assistance.
