Edit product category element not working

Please check. i am not able to select any category to show, it is showing no category found.

I have another website lacylayers.in, which is running on a separate license where auto-updates were previously disabled.

Upon investigation, I found that the product element I was using has been officially deprecated (as noted in the attached Picture 1).

The deprecated element allowed for very specific category selection using a “+” symbol within the category option (as shown in Picture 2), which I rely on to display particular product categories.

Your documentation suggested that we transition to one of the three replacement product elements. However, I have checked all three of the recommended replacement elements (referenced in Pictures 3, 4, and 5) and found the following critical discrepancy:

The replacement elements do include a general Category option.

Crucially, all three replacement elements are missing the “+” symbol functionality that was present in the old element, preventing me from selectively choosing specific categories.

This missing feature is a significant hindrance to my site’s functionality, as it seems the recommended replacements do not offer a full, equivalent alternative to the deprecated product element.

Please investigate why the crucial category selection mechanism (the “+” symbol) is absent from all three current replacement elements and advise on how I can restore this necessary functionality.
