Products Not Displaying: The main product grid is empty on the live Shop All page

Products Not Displaying: The main product grid is empty on the live Shop All page and all Product Brand/Category Archive pages. The page structure is visible (header, sidebar, pagination area), but the products themselves do not render.

Theme Element Failure (Brand Logos): Custom image logos assigned to product brands (via the XStore/WooCommerce Brands feature) are not displayed on the archive pages. Only one logo that was set in Woocommerce brands and outside the typical XStore interface is visible.

Editor vs. Live Discrepancy: The products ARE visible and display correctly within the Elementor editor when editing the “Products Archive” template. The failure only occurs on the public, live site view.

i think now it’s working but still there is a high delay, I don’t know why? take a long long time if i changed something and then go to see it in the live site.

It seems that you are using a CDN, so this may be the reason why you cannot see the changes immediately. We recommend that you clear your CDN cache or temporarily disable the CDN and check how it works after that.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

now the home page crashed and i cannot see anything, just the header and 4 products, i don’t know what happened

Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

Additionally, please contact your hosting provider to request FTP access credentials. Once you have obtained them, kindly share the details with us so we can further assist you.
