Shopping cart icon (side view) doesn’t scroll to show all in cart products

Hi,

Kindly check the attached video, I have added more than 3 item to cart, but when opening the side view cart it’s not scrolling down to show all in cart items.

Hello @islam,

The items displayed in your mini cart are determined by the settings in your header under Cart widget, as shown here: https://gyazo.com/47545f8015bd3ee5ecb777fd2d385f61. Currently, this is set to display 3 items. Please note that displaying all items at once may slow down the loading time on each page. Therefore, it is recommended to limit the number of items displayed, while all items can always be viewed on the Cart page.

Hi Jack,

Thanks for your support, I did increase the items to be displayed, but as you can see from the recording, i can scroll the items but after navigating to another page, it only shows 3 items again, and also notice the category widget is overflowing the cart.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello @islam,

We have reviewed your settings in the Header Builder within the Customizer. Although it was initially disabled, we temporarily activated it to set 20 items in your Cart Header widget. After saving the changes, we disabled the Customizer Header Builder again. Should you require further assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access to your live website in a private message.

Yes I tried to do the same but it only worked while the header customiser is on, I turned off and I’d need your help to implement it please. thank you
