Hello, after the latest updates and theme patches, the Elementor editor panel stays grey and unusable whenever XStore Core is active.
Disabling XStore Core fixes the issue, but breaks many theme features.
Error log shows a fatal error in single-base.php (Call to a member function get_name() on null).
It looks like the crash happens when Elementor Theme Builder tries to load a widget from XStore Core inside a “Single” template.

Could you please confirm if this is a known conflict and if there’s a patch/workaround to prevent the fatal get_name() error when XStore Core is active?

    Thank you 🙏

Thanks for your response. I reviewed the linked topic, but the solutions there (cache clearing, patches update, custom code in xstore-child/functions.php) didn’t solve my case, because:

All plugins are updated, including XStore Core and Elementor.

PHP is currently set to 8.2.29.

I tested disabling all other plugins and the conflict persists with XStore Core active.

    What could help me now:

Do you have a known patch or setting—e.g. re-enable a specific widget or toggle—in XStore Core to temporarily bypass that error?

Thank you for your help, happy to provide Admin access if needed.

    Hello,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,

    Hello @Grafica,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have conducted several tests on your website in an effort to identify the issue, but unfortunately, we have not yet found a definitive solution. In order to proceed with more in-depth troubleshooting, we kindly request your permission to temporarily deactivate certain plugins or switch to a default theme. This will help us isolate the cause of the problem more effectively.

During our investigation, we noticed a JavaScript error in the browser console, which appears to be related to a known issue discussed on the official Elementor support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/js-error-167/.

As a temporary workaround to enable content editing, we suggest the following steps:
    1. Open the editor for any page.
    2. Navigate to the Site Settings (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/vkBKAnvVbqtR).
    3. Return to the previous screen, and the Elementor panel should display correctly (example: https://gyazo.com/385e6355d1fea427fb405f20c77aab50).

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @Grafica,

We kindly suggest that you also submit your inquiry on the Elementor support forum, as previously mentioned. Their team may be able to provide a solution while we continue to investigate the compatibility issues on our end.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
