After updated pro elementor site dead…..

hello
after I updated pro elementor
I tried to update elementor – failed –> this is 1st time

after this….site dead

1 That’s not possible. If I have to repeat the same process on the same day to restore the site again, the hosting provider will not be happy with me.

admin > plugin > pro elements > View version 4.0.4 details ===> plugin not found

I think this is reasons
and this happended when we changed domain (baratmall.in ==> baratmallz.in) now domain redirected to new domain
domain is reason ?

all you did is just updated pro elements what I did before…..

and after I updated elementor …site display white background only

That means the Elementor update site going down has nothing to do with your theme, right?

or Should I update PHP version from 8.1 –> 8. ???

Hello @chutipao,

You have updated the PRO Elements plugin in your Dashboard → Plugins. However, we installed most latest version of such plugin, previously removed this plugin and installed it manually using the version downloaded from the official website: https://proelements.org/. This was done because the version available for automatic update in the Dashboard → Plugins was not the latest (as such plugins updates are cached and not showing most latest versions but only latest for 24hours) but we installed the release from the official website, which included important fixes for a fatal error and other issues.

You can continue using your website as it is; no further updates are required. If you would like to update your PHP version, please contact your hosting provider, as this matter is not related to our theme.
