If you use filter by attributes https://prnt.sc/116f600 it displays only for categories where you have products that used global attributes https://prnt.sc/116f8i8 For example https://prnt.sc/116fa1b If you used custom attributes https://prnt.sc/116faxa you can’t filter by them.
