Shop Menu Link - by Simplynbs - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

The “Shop” link on my menu bar directs me to the last product added to the system instead of the shop page. The url appears to be correctly listed for the page. If I type in the url for the shop page it will show up, but not otherwise. Please help me direct shop link to shop page url.

Also how do I change the background color in the top bar? It’s black and I would prefer a light grey.

Update: 28 minutes after post, it appears that the shop menu link is working properly, I assume due to purging cache. In regards to the top bar menu I still require assistance in changing the color, perhaps white instead of grey since the text would be easier to view. Thanks

Hello,

If you want to change the color of top panel add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS

.top-panel-container { background-color: #dee7e5; }

Thanks so much for your help, the edit to the top panel looks great. I’m having trouble finding the Custom Css area though to change the color.

Hello,
I’m having an issue with the main Shop Menu Links not working correctly. I have some items split into collections and some links are giving the “404 error.” Other links don’t show the correct products. The left sidebar menu in the shop works perfectly correctly. I’ve checked my categories to make sure I have the correct one checked in each product and I’ve also checked my custom links created in the menu section. Is there anything else I could check to help resolve the shop menu error?

Hello,

We have noticed that you are using custom links for your product categories.

This means that when you change the category slugs, the links in the header do not update automatically.

We have resolved this issue by adding the product category links to the main menu, and everything should now be working properly.
