We are in contact with the provider of the filter plugin to understand why unavailable variants are being shown.

Can you help us understand the issue with the unavailable variant (XXL) is being shown when opening/refreshing the product page?

It was already set to Default. So you can’t explain why it seems the Theme is preventing image Smushing CDN ?

Forgot to mention, that I already translated there. But still showing old english text.

While the customisation panel is open, it is translated, but as soon as the customisation panel is closed. It reverses to “search for…”

Found out, that the product filter plugin was causing this. I’ve let them know about it.

The main reason I’m asking, is because I can’t seem to get the top filters from the theme back on. For example the dropdown of how many products to show, and the toggle to show the widgets filter?

Sorry, wrote that in a hurry.

I meant that on mobile size, the top filter is hidden and invisible. I didn’t have this issue og the staging site.

However, it’s gone on mobile mode. I’ve tried the settings, but can’t seem to find the solution. Is there any code disabling this? Can’t find any.

Then use the side filter icon to guide to the ‘T-shirt’ menu item.

Then try clicking on a product or filter?

Hello again.

I only now discovered, that this fix was the cause of another problem, that I’ve been struggling with.1

The custom code caused the products and the top filter on mobile category pages being unclickable:

When you guide through categories on mobile, the products, filters and wishlist are not clickable. The filter button to the left is working.
It’s only when you reload the given page, that the products are clickable again.

Steps tried:
– Using the Parent theme
– Removing custom code from child style file
– removing CSS from theme customization page (theme options)

Nothing worked. I tested the demos, and could see that it worked well there. So there is some issue on my page.

Maybe some plugin. So I will try deactivating plugins now.

EDIT: Tried deactivating all plugins, and the issue is STILL there.

FYI: I’ve deactivated the YITH product filter plugin.

I tried removing the custom code on the child stylesheet, and found the button working after that. So I will just need to find the correct code, that is causing this.

Edit: Was perhaps too quick to reply. Hadn’t tested on mobile device. Still an issue there. I’ll let you know in a bit.

If you test, please test on a real mobile device, as it is here the challenge occur.

Here you can see a video, where I try to click on the filter/sidebar button, but it only worked on the third try. And the first two attempts ended up open the product on the back. https://files.fm/f/s2s2p8ems
