    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins -clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    To make multiple headers, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to **XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple Headers > Create header.
    2. Edit the **Singular/Front Page Header**.
    3. Modify the Header overlap & transparent settings, and Turn On.
    4. Once the changes are made, click **Publish** to save them.

    Afterward, Please navigate to Theme options > Header builder > Header overlap & transparent > Turn OFf and publish it. It will work for all website pages headers except the homepage header.

    This seems to be related to a caching issue. We kindly recommend contacting your hosting service provider to:

    1. Disable the CDN (Content Delivery Network) and cache plugin.
    2. Completely flush the server cache for your website.

    Once this is done, please clear your browser cache and check the website again.

    If the changes are displaying correctly in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is highly likely a caching issue. Typically, any updates reflected in the Customizer should also appear on the front end once the cache is cleared.

    Free versions of the WPBakery or Revolution slider or any other premium plugin just do not exist!

    We would like to inform you that all premium plugins included with our theme are external products for which we have secured the Extended License, allowing us to incorporate them into our theme. Please note that registration of these plugins is not mandatory, as they are fully operational without activation.

    The activation feature within these plugins is designed for customers who wish to receive automatic updates and direct support from the plugin developers. Additionally, plugin authors may introduce exclusive or just additional features to encourage customers to purchase the plugins directly from them. Unfortunately, this is a situation that affects not only us but all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform.

    Unfortunately, if you want to import templates from the Revolution slider or WPBakery template library you need to buy the personal license of plugins. Extra features do not come with the extended license, this is Revolution slider authors rules. We and all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform can do nothing about this.

    We have looked into the issue, and it appears that the product images in your emails are being served in WebP format. Some email clients do not fully support WebP images, which may be causing them not to display correctly.

    As a solution, we recommend replacing the WebP images with PNG format. Once you update the images to PNG, they should display properly in the sent emails.
