    Hello, @PR,

The maximum memory limit for WordPress depends on various factors such as the server configuration, PHP settings, and available resources. However, WordPress itself recommends a minimum of 64 MB of memory to run smoothly.

If you have a large website with heavy traffic or run resource-intensive plugins or themes, you may need to increase the memory limit to avoid performance issues or errors.

The maximum memory limit that you can set also depends on your server’s configuration. Some servers may have a hard limit on the maximum amount of memory that a script can use, while others may allow you to set it as high as you need.

It’s always a good idea to consult with your hosting provider or a qualified developer before making any changes to your server’s configuration to avoid any potential issues.

    Hello, @Fahad Khalid.

If you are experiencing conflicts with jQuery not loading on your WordPress website, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check for plugin conflicts: Sometimes, plugins can conflict with each other or with the theme, causing jQuery not to load. Try disabling all your plugins and see if the issue is resolved. If it is, enable your plugins one by one to identify the one causing the conflict.

    2. Check jQuery version: Make sure that you are using the latest version of jQuery, and that it is compatible with your theme and plugins.

    3. Check server settings: Make sure that your server settings are configured correctly and that jQuery is not being blocked by any security settings.

    4. Check Cloudflare and LiteSpeed settings: If you are using Cloudflare and LiteSpeed, check the settings to make sure that jQuery is not being blocked or cached incorrectly. You may need to adjust some settings or clear the cache to resolve the issue.

    5. Please check the options related to the JQuery under XStore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization, try to turn ON and OFF those options and check back your site.

By following these steps, you may be able to identify and resolve the conflicts with jQuery not loading on your WordPress website.

    Hello, @Rafael,

We have the built-in functionality of the Single Product Page Builder, which you can use to customize the page as per your requirements. You can read more about it here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/single-product-page/ so no need to use the Elementor Pro plugin.

You can add custom content to the single product page in the following way:

    – Create a static block using Elementor with the desired button or info
    – Go to Single Product Builder > add HTML block into the content area https://prnt.sc/dC7ZGgaidrw_
    – Select your static block in the settings of the HTML block element.

    Hello, @First Idea,

If you are experiencing slow loading times and a 503 error when accessing your WordPress dashboard, there are several potential causes that you can investigate:

Server resources: Although your server provider has checked and confirmed that everything is good from their end, it’s possible that your website is consuming too many server resources, causing slow loading times and 503 errors. Check your website’s CPU and memory usage to see if they are abnormally high. If they are, you may need to optimize your website’s code, plugins, or database, or upgrade to a higher server plan.

Plugins: Sometimes, plugins can cause conflicts and slow down your website. Try disabling all plugins to see if the problem goes away. If it does, enable your plugins one by one to identify the culprit.

Database issues: A corrupted or bloated database can also cause slow loading times and 503 errors. Use a plugin like WP-Optimize to optimize your database and remove any unnecessary data.

Firewall or security plugins: Firewall and security plugins may block certain requests or IP addresses, causing the 503 error. Check your firewall and security settings to see if they are blocking any requests.

Server configuration issues: Finally, there may be server configuration issues that are causing the problem. Check your server’s error logs to see if there are any errors that could be related to the slow loading times and 503 errors.

By investigating these potential causes, you may be able to identify and fix the problem causing the slow loading times and 503 errors on your WordPress dashboard.

Please read this article: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/503#:~:text=The%20HyperText%20Transfer%20Protocol%20 (HTTP,maintenance%20or%20that%20is%20overloaded) and try to reach out to your hosting provider again for further assistance on this.

    Hello, @PR,

In general, 512M is considered to be a very high memory limit for a WordPress website and should be sufficient for most websites. However, depending on the size and complexity of your website, you may need to increase the memory limit even further to achieve better performance.

    Hello, @Modestino Ferraro,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

If the changes are visible in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.

We suggest that please try temporarily disabling the (CDN caching, cache plugins) and clearing the browser cache, and checking again.

If the issue still persists, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:

    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team.

    Hello, @PR,

Increasing the memory limit in WordPress can improve the performance of your website, especially if you have a lot of plugins and/or a complex theme. It can help prevent issues like the white screen of death, slow loading times, and errors related to insufficient memory.

To increase the memory limit in WordPress, you can follow these steps:

    1) Open your WordPress directory on your web server using an FTP client.

    2) Find the wp-config.php file and download a copy of it to your computer.

3)Open the wp-config.php file in a text editor.

    4) Add the following code just above the line that says “That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.”

    code

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

This code increases the memory limit to 256MB, but you can adjust the number to a higher or lower value based on your needs.

Save the changes to the wp-config.php file and upload it back to your web server, overwriting the original file.

It’s important to note that increasing the memory limit won’t necessarily improve your website’s performance on its own. You should also optimize your website by minimizing the use of plugins, optimizing images, using caching, and other best practices for improving website speed.

As for what memory limit to set, it depends on the size and complexity of your website. A memory limit of 256MB is a good starting point, but you may need to increase it further if you have a lot of plugins or a large website with a lot of traffic. If you’re not sure what memory limit to set, you can consult with your web host or a WordPress developer for guidance.

    Hello, @kanompunk,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching out to our support center.

We recommend disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please turn ON your site debug mode and please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:
