    Hello PR,

    Thank you for selecting XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    We have reviewed your website and determined that a CDN is enabled, which is why you are unable to view the changes on the front-end of the site. Please refer to the image provided at the following link for further reference: https://postimg.cc/Ff4v2DLg

    If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

    We suggest that you try temporarily disabling any CDN caching or cache plugins, clearing the browser cache, and then checking again.

    We have recorded a video for you on your website, please watch it in its entirety for better reference. Please refer to the private content area to view the video link.

    Hello @Stelio,

    Thank you for your inquiry. You can add custom text or images to the single product page using our theme’s built-in feature, “Single Product Builder”. You will need to create your own layout for the Single Product Page using the widgets of the Single Product Builder.

    To add a section with an image or text, such as “HAVE QUESTIONS”, please navigate to Dashboard > Static Block > Add new Static Block and edit it using Elementor. Once you have made the necessary changes, save it as a Static Block.

    After that, please select the desired Static Block for HTML Block 1 under XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Custom HTML Block 01 and save the settings. For a better reference, please see the images provided.

    We hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Stelio,

    1. We are pleased to inform you that the functionality you are looking for is already the default functionality of WooCommerce. To enable it, please go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products and check the option “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” to YES. For your reference, please see the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/RJ5J7b92

    2. In order to redirect to the checkout page directly when clicking on the add to cart button, you may need to install a Child Theme on your site and add the following code to the Child theme’s functions.php file:

    function redirect_to_checkout_after_add_to_cart() {
    global $woocommerce;
    $checkout_url = $woocommerce->cart->get_checkout_url();
    return $checkout_url;
    }
    add_filter('woocommerce_add_to_cart_redirect', 'redirect_to_checkout_after_add_to_cart');

    Once you have saved your changes to the functions.php file, you should be able to redirect to the checkout page directly when clicking on the add to cart button.

    We hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello deneme,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    We have checked your site on my personal mobile and found no issue. It appears to be a cache issue at your end. We recommend that you clear your mobile browser cache and check again.

    Additionally, we have recorded a video for your reference. Please watch it in its entirety for a better understanding: https://www.veed.io/view/5b51bba0-9ef9-469c-a138-515acd7a0fc2?sharingWidget=true&panel=share.

    Hello @Eleni,

    We regret to inform you that it is not possible to apply the size guide to the specific product category without using the single product builder. This would require extra customization at this time.

    If you would like to change the behavior or add an option to enhance its functionality, please post your request on our taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives votes from other customers, our development team will attempt to include it in one of our upcoming updates.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, @davidferfer,

    Thank you for purchasing our theme and for contacting our support center.

    We recommend that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off.

    If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

    We suggest that you try temporarily disabling any CDN caching or cache plugins, and clearing the browser cache, and then checking again.

    If the issue persists, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary working/valid access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

    To do this, please follow these steps:
    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

    Once you have completed these steps, please let us know and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

    Hello, @PR,

    We suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore in order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem. Please let us know the result of this test.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Please share the working WP Admin Logins details under the private content area of the topic, so that we can further investigate your issue on your site.

    We look forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team.

    Hello, @webpat,

    Here are the steps to make your WooCommerce store functional and add your products and images using the XStore WordPress theme:

    1. Install and activate the WooCommerce plugin: If you haven’t done so already, install the WooCommerce plugin and activate it. This plugin is required for creating an online store with XStore.

    2. Configure WooCommerce settings: Once WooCommerce is installed, go to WooCommerce > Settings to configure your store’s settings. You can set up your payment and shipping options, tax rates, and other settings here. https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-start-an-online-store/

    3. Add your products: To add your products, go to Products > Add New. Here you can enter the product title, description, price, and other details. You can also upload images of your products. Once you have added your products, they will appear in your store.

    4. Customize your store’s appearance: To customize the appearance of your store, go to XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce(Shop). Here you can change the colors, fonts, and layout of your store.

    5. Create your store’s pages: To create your store’s pages, go to Pages > Add New. You will need to create pages for your shop, cart, checkout, and my account. OR you can simply go to WooCommerce >> Status >> Tools and “Create default WooCommerce pages” from there.

    6. Set up your menus: To set up your store’s menus, go to Appearance > Menus. Create a new menu and add your store’s pages to it. You can also add product categories and other links to your menu.

    7. Test your store: Once you have set up your store, test it by adding a product to your cart and completing a checkout. Make sure that the payment and shipping options are working correctly.

    That’s it! With these steps, you can make your XStore WordPress theme functional and start taking orders.

    Hello Ms. Morbenia Morbeck,

    1) We believe the issue you are experiencing is due to the fact that you have used the All Department Menu, but did not select the menu design as a Mega Menu. We have rectified this issue by selecting the Mega Menu option, and the alignment is now correct. Please refer to the screenshots provided at the following links: https://postimg.cc/NyFHckkp & https://postimg.cc/Dm648NpB

    2) We invite you to watch this video – https://youtu.be/JiI6qDaVtY4 – which explains how to create a Mega Menu using static blocks and Elementor. Additionally, you can import pre-created sections from our XStore studio, as demonstrated in the video https://prnt.sc/ZpF8BB1nHapR. For more information, please refer to this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/.

    We hope this resolves your issue.
