We have created a new FTP password in the Private Content.
Regarding the Addons, we have removed, however our updates worked once and then having tried to change something else, the same 404 message is appearing.

We are using a Huawei P9 smartphone, not iphone, it still doesn’t work even after clearing the Cache. Same goes for the Ipad Pro, have sent you the operating version, this doesn’t work too. Wonder what is the best suggestion here?
