Hello,

Please make sure that you use latest versions of WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) and Massive Addons for WPBakery page builder https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Also, provide us with your site URL and temporary wp-admin access.

Then check updating of products and let me know.
