    Hello,

    1. Sign In link position you can select in Theme Options > Header > Header layout
    You can edit header structure file (xstore/headers/ folder) depending on header type that you use https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/32-child-theme
    2. Yes, you can use custom css code to change the size
    3.

    Adding to this, we have noticed since the update, the currency switcher doesn’t even work at all.

    Also, can you advise what is the process for renewing our support. We assume the support will cover our Xstore and Royal Theme as previous?

    We use google Chrome.

    Also, there is another problem with the new plugin as per the screenshot in the PC, we can’t seem to update anything now.

    Hello,

    We don’t see any problems http://prntscr.com/l4301z I suppose it is some browser cache. Try to open the site in the mobile browser and clear browser cache before this instead of opening it in default browser of some extension as I can see from your screenshot.

    Just another related problem with the update in the PC. As you can see, this is the main menu on a 19″ laptop. as you can see, the main menu items are all crunched. screenshot is in the PC.

    Ps can you send across the linke to renew the support, I assume as normal it will cover both this site and CT, as we do have some very minor cosmetics on CT.

    Hello,

    XStore support renew does not include the Royal support renew, unfortunately. Different themes have different support periods. Did you buy the new XStore license to get support for the Royal because I see that you registered the new XStore license for your account?

    Yes definitely needed the Royal, not the new license which is what seems to have been charged to us. Let me know the best ways to deal with this, Best Regards, Su.

    Hi Olga,

    Have you received this latest message regarding our Royal Theme support. Having looked at the invoice it seems, yes, they have charge for a new Xstore licence instead of 6 months support for Royal.
