I’ve retested in Chrome and Firefox and the problem is still occuring for me.

Hi Rose,
In addition to the testing in my previous reply I have now created a second testing site.
Testing showed the 2x quantity problem didn’t occur after updating just Woocommerce to 3.4.6 from 3.2.6.
I then FTP’d up Blanco 3.9 and on retesting the 2x quantity problem was present.
Regards,
Mike.
Hi Rose,
I disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and removed two small custom code changes (remove .ico handling from header.php and increase products per page in functions.php).
After clearing cache/cookies I retested and the problem still exists.
Regards,
Mike
Hi Rose,
I’ve upaded my test website to Blanco 3.9 so please go ahead and close this topic.
Thanks,
Mike.
Hi Rose,
I’ve upgraded to the latest version of Woocommerce and the cart (java/ajax) problem is now fixed.
It did bring up a new issue as Woo changed their order emails and their new character set no longer supports some special characters (like the Trade Mark symbol) but I edited all the products so that only took an hour to fix.

Thanks,
Mike.
Hi Rose,
That appears to work so please close this topic.
Thanks,
Mike.
Oops, the SKU and Availability fields are below the products price – not cart button.

Hi Eva,
I had a try with Twenty Sixteen and the results were somewhat inconclusive – I got a valdation error somewhere else.
I’ll have a better look at this next week.
I have a few issues with the WPEC shopping cart checkout so I suspect that the only way to sort things out is to migrate over to WooCommerce as that seems to handle the checkout process much better – especially shipping.

Mike.
Thanks Eva, please go ahead and close this topic.
Nearly forgot.
When testing the checkout page use the Bank Deposit option because if you use the PayPal option it will keep redirecting you to the live site.
Hi Robert and Eva,
As you advised, Blanco 3.5.3 has resolved the change of quantity and product deletion issues on the cart page.
Please go ahead and close this topic.
Thanks,
Mike.
Hi Robert,
As it’s just a testing site I can leave it as is until the update is available.
Cheers,
Mike.
Hi Robert,
I thought that Blanco 3.5.1 released on the 27th June was the theme update for Woo 2.6.x – that’s what http://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246 says.

Mike.
Hi again,
The website you will be working on for me is a staging site.
You might notice that the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) under Settings->General don’t match the actual staging website name.
Thats OK/correct and must stay that way for the staging system to work.
Thanks,
Mike.
Hi @Eva,
I’ve moved my support topic from here to https://www.8theme.com/topic/problems-with-cart-page-at-blanco-3-5-1/ and added the access details you requested.
I originally though I had the same problem as @smpleader but they now seem to be different so thought it best and less confusing to start a new topic.
Thanks,
Mike.
Hi Jack,
FYI – I’m having this problem as well, plus one more problem.
(1) I’m unable to update the QTY on the cart page – nothing happens at all. I thought at the latest versions of Woo and Blanco that changing the QTY automatically updated the totals, that doesn’t work and neither does changing the QTY and then clicking “Update cart”.
(2) When deleting a product from the cart page the product details and cart totals grey out and the mouse cursor spins (so ajax(?) is running) but when it’s finished the page has not changed. The shoping cart widget in the header still shows a total, the cart page still shows the product and the cart totals are still present. However, moving off the cart page to the checkout page shows ‘your cart is currently empty. So, the deletion worked but the cart page did not update in-situ or refresh to reflect a product was removed.
I haven’t setup access for you to my test site as your working on this with soneone else but if you need me to then please let me know.
Regards,
Mike.
Hi Eva,
Please go ahead and close this case.

Hi Eva,
What is the latest Woo version that Blanco 3.5 supports?
When is the Blanco update to support Woo 2.6.x expected?
Thanks,
Mike.
Hi Eva,
What is the latest WPEC version that Blanco 3.5 supports?
When is the Blanco update to support WPPEC 3.11.x expected?

Hi Jack,
Your CSS appears to have done the trick. Please go ahead and close this topic.

Hi Eva,
The CSS you provided worked well.
Now there is just one final thing that needs adjusting. Can you move the “Tax Included ($n.nn)” line to the left as well and change it’s color/font/size to match the ‘Total Shipping’ format?
Thanks,
Mike.
Hi Eva,
Thanks.

Mike.
Hi Jack,
What payment gateway is your demo site using?
Regards,
Mike.
Hi Eva,
It’s not the “Calculate Shipping Price” title that is in the wrong place it’s the (variable) data that appears under it.
See the private content section below for links to images of the data that is displayed on the right when it should be on the left. Blanco seems to be the only theme I tested that displays that data on the right hand side of the page. Every other theme I tried presents that data on the left hand side of the page.

Mike.

Hi Eva,
The scroll bar appears on my Nexus 5 mobile so thats a big help, thanks.
With regards to the CSS you provided is it all to do the scroll bar or does it do others things as well, I only ask as it’s very long?
Regards,
Mike.
