das Problem konnte ich selbst lösen in dem ich das Plugin Jetpack deaktiviert habe, dieses Problem scheint in der Commutiy bekannt zu sein und legt schon Jahre zurück, sollte Jemand auf das Gleiche Problem stoßen so muss er das Plugin Jetpack Deaktievieren und dann sollte alles reibungslos laufen.
