I’ve now set my database backup interval to 12 hours. so of this happens the next time, I can compare the databases of before and after, hoping that this will help to find the bug. anyway, if you have any ideas what could cause the problem, please let me know. thank you.

Hey Stan,
I forwarded this to my hoster (domainfactory – one of the best premium hosting services) but they told me that this seams to be a theme problem. There must be a part of bad coding. I just checked the untouched ROYAL style.css with W3C CSS Validator and it said that there are 11 errors. P.e. in line 9706 you write “contetn” instead of “content” or there are several parts with “@-ms-viewport” where it says “unknown rule”. Could something like this reset my theme options? This is a really bad problem and I dont know how to fix it because I’ve never had this before with any other theme 🙁

Please find the screenshot in private content. For the screenshot, I activated the unedited parent theme. As you can see, the tabs are displayed one next to the other. But I need them with one line for one tab (the problem only exists on small devices. On desktop, everything is fine because there I need them next to each other). Hope you understand what I mean 🙂

Your screenshot looks like you have set the tabs type to “accordion” in theme options. But I have set it to “Default” and have still the same problem, even with a fresh installation (to test it, I’ve shortly switched from my childtheme to the parent theme, so the bug is definetely still there).

Yes thats exacetly what I meant. As I see you have already enabled them but I dont understand how they work. They change the size of my images (make them full screen) and make a weird text layout. Bullets 1-3 let me scroll from one image to another but bullets 4-11 have no function at all…?

Seems that what I want is not possible. I was confused by the bullets that appear when I enable “Full page sections” and thought that I could use them to navigate from anchor to anchor, but this seems to be something different – what is this for? Can’t find it in the documentation..

thank you but this is not what I wanted. I tought that “one page” means that the menu stays the same (main menu) and there will appear these bullets with the anchors on the right side so that I can use these bullets to navigate within the page. I thought these bullets would appear whenn I set “Custom navigation right”, but nothing happens. Isn’t this possible?

My site looks exacetly like yours (I use version 2.3, all plugins are up to date).
When you make the window smaller, the tabs will disappear in one line instead of one after the other.

My host helped me to solve the problem. It was either a bug in the theme, nor a server problem but a problem with my local computer. Now everything works fine again! 🙂
