1/ There is js error visible via browser console on your site, check the Private Content area. Solve it first.
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser and CDN cache, check sidebar then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem with widgets.
3/ Could you try if widgets are displayed fine if you enable the Storefront theme?
