2. If you want to update Visual Composer or any other premium plugin included in our theme do this manually https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ using the latest archives that you can find here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
In case you want auto updates you need to buy plugin license https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/

1. Go to WP-admin panel > Settings > Permalinks > click “Save” button to update the settings.
2. Please check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront, install it in Appearance > Themes and activate. Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.

Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.
Please check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront, install it in Appearance > Themes and activate. Please update required plugin to the last versions and try to disable 3-rd party plugins. Let us know the result.
Also update your parent theme.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
