    Hello,

Please check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront, install it in Appearance > Themes and activate.
Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.
    Let us know the result.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello 8theme support team!
    Thank you for your reply.

I’ve checked everything. There is no such problem in default Woocommerce theme Storefront.
I also disabled all plugins with the Woopress theme but anyway there was still the same problem.

Please help me to fix it.

    Regards!

    Hello,

I’ve disabled JCH Optimize Pro plugin. Please check your image now http://prntscr.com/empkfp.
Please try to increse the Single Product Image size http://prntscr.com/emplnx http://prntscr.com/empm0d (WooCommerce->Settings->Products->Display) then regenerate thumbnails.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello Rose Tyler!
I did everything what you said and now everything is ok with the main product picture on the product page.
But I have another problem with product pictures on the product page. I’ve just found it today.

If I check website in my iPhone I see 2 big pictures – one below another one. You can see it on the screenshot http://prnt.sc/ewazed And there is no empty space between pictures.
And the same with thumbnails – they are just below big pictures and there is also no empty space between them. You can see it on the screenshot http://prnt.sc/ewazjn

Please help me to fix it. There is no such problem when I check website in my laptop in Google Chrome, but there is the same problem in Firefox.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello,

Very likely, the problem is caused by some plugin. Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins, clear browser cache and then check.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
