(https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing compatibility issues with our theme.

Also, try to downgrade the PHP version to 8.1.

2/ There is no such option, unfortunately.
We encourage you to submit your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ . Should your suggestion garner sufficient support from other customers, our development team will take it into consideration for inclusion in future updates.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

We would like to suggest an optimal configuration for the header builder. It is advisable to place two sub-containers within a single container and set it to ‘sticky’. This arrangement will ensure the desired functionality and appearance.

Otherwise, both elements may appear to be sticky https://prnt.sc/j8RS-9W56svb , but in reality, they will be on the same level, causing the card of the first container to be positioned underneath.
