The customizer currently does not have access to the mentioned font, unfortunately, by default.

Please go to XStore Control Panel -> Custom fonts, after you upload the font, you may select it in the list of Typography fonts (Theme Options -> Typography) -> http://prntscr.com/vobjsf , and so on. So that the uploaded font will be loaded locally.
