    Hello Fernando,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Filters can only interact with one Elementor widget, specifically the “Archive Products”. This means that if you use other elements such as the “Products Grid” or “Products Carousel”, they will display the products but will not interact with the filters. Therefore, within the Archive Product Builder, you can only use “Archive Products”.

    Here is an example from ur demo:

    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/beauty-and-cosmetics/product-category/organic-body/ (Category page) – both use Archive products element https://prnt.sc/rP0TGIqnoV1_ and even 1 template https://prnt.sc/vffsJ3edLQ9a You can create different templates, but utilizing Archive products element is required.

    Currently, the option you are looking for is not available. However, you are welcome to submit a feature request on our request board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/.     Sorry for the delay in answering.

    All should be fine, but it is recommended to create a backup of your website before proceeding with any changes (the hosting provider can do the backup for you).
    There is a possibility that the widgets may not retain their proper configuration. To mitigate this, we recommend navigating to the “Appearance” section and then selecting “Widgets” prior to initiating the theme switch. This will allow you to reallocate the widgets to their appropriate areas after reverting to the original theme.

    – We are currently experiencing difficulties accessing your website and were wondering if there might be any IP restrictions or other settings preventing us from doing so.

    – We would like to bring to your attention that utilizing the Appearance theme editor or a file manager plugin via the site Dashboard to implement fixes or code carries the risk of inducing fatal errors. Such errors could potentially result in you being locked out and the website becoming inaccessible. It is for this reason that we recommend editing files through FTP; the use of the File Manager or theme editor alone does not offer the level of security and control required for such operations.

    – Could you please check if there are any errors recorded in WooCommerce under Status > Logs > Fatal Error File, specifically the file with the most recent date?

    Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from the WooCommerce plugin.
    By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87
    If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.

    Additionally, it appears that the name of the parent theme folder has been changed. Please note that renaming the parent theme folder prevents the theme from being updated automatically. We strongly recommend restoring the original name of the parent theme folder. You may choose any name for the child theme as per your requirements.

    Should you prefer to maintain a custom name for the parent theme, please be aware that you will need to update the theme manually.
