    It appears that the error message does not accurately reflect the situation. Instead, it should indicate that you are unable to publish a response that contains no information at all in the public area.

    It is indeed necessary to include some content in the public area, as a message cannot consist entirely of content from the private area. Any brief text would suffice, for example: “I have provided the details in the private content area.” However, a more informative response would be preferable.

    This requirement has been implemented to enhance the efficiency of our support team.

    Regarding your question, our theme allows you to add one extra custom product tab by default. However, if you would like to add additional tabs you may need to use custom coding or a third-party plugin to achieve this functionality.
