Please add this code in your child-theme/functions.php file:
wp_enqueue_style( 'dynamic-css', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/dynamic.css' );
http://prntscr.com/kqreis after that create an empty dynamic.css file in child theme directory.
Then custom css from Theme Options will work fine.
In case it won’t get working, provide temporary FTP access and I will pass the problem to our developers.

The language switcher on the top header area is just an example, that you can use such feature like language switcher.
You can change the content of this area in Appearance > Widgets > Place in header top bar area. To remove the default content, you need to add an empty text widget.

Image size settings you can change via Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
I recommend to use a graphics editor and prepare product and category images (make them the same size) before uploading it to your media gallery.
Also, Title chars limit you can change in Theme Options > E-commerce > Products Page Layout.
