1) Please set for the user – administrator role so I can see Theme Options.
2) Delete this custom css code:

Hello,

Make sure you placed translation files into the /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-de_DE.po, xstore-de_DE.mo) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
If you face problems with translation, you need to be sure that your translation files are synchronized. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with pot file.
If synchronization doesn’t help, provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

You can change text using translation files. Please install Loco translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ , create English translation, change strings of XStore theme, Woocommerce and Core plugins and disable Loco translate.
2) Theme Options > Styling > Customize buttons > Dark buttons options.

Please update WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) plugin to 5.6 version https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ and disable Gutenberg editor https://prnt.sc/lz8vl1
I will pass the situation with our slider element and frontend editor to our developers, to add an improvement in one of the next theme updates.

Please check if you get the mentioned problems when parent theme is activated on your site. If problems related to code in the child theme, check the child theme code, we are not responsible for the custom code.
