    You do not need an Elementor Pro license to use our theme, as it is fully compatible with the free version of Elementor and Pro Elements. The banner you are seeing is a promotional message from Elementor, encouraging users to upgrade to the Pro version.

    Our theme doesn’t affect the mentioned banner.
    You may use a plugin such as “Disable Elementor Pro Notices”.

    Additionally, temporarily disable other plugins to see if there is a conflict affecting performance.

    There is an issue with fonts visible via dev tools on your site – https://prnt.sc/zbSknl21ivx1 To solve it, connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.

    Please note that our theme does not include an option to display a cross through the product image on the shop page. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and you might be confusing XStore with another theme.

    As an alternative, we recommend the following solution:
