Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > disable crop for the product images. Regenerate thumbnails using the Regenerate thumbnails plugin to apply changes.

In case this doesn’t help, you need to contact WooCommerce support directly – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ because these settings are independent of the theme on your site.
