    Hello,

    Do you have this problem if parent theme is activated on your site? If all settings are fine with the parent theme, go to Theme Options > Export/Import > click on the Export button to get a file with Theme Settings. Then activate the child theme > go to Theme Options > Export/Import > Import > Choose file > click on Import button.
