We would like to inform you that it is normal for the account menu in the off-canvas area and on the page itself to differ. If you wish to edit the mentioned menu, this can be achieved by using the old header builder.
To create a new menu with the desired links, please navigate to Appearance > Menus in your dashboard. After setting up the menu, you can select it via the Header Builder. For your reference, here is a screenshot that guides you through the process: https://prnt.sc/bS0BdQz8mVwI

Please note, the new header builder using Elementor does not currently support the option to choose a menu for the account element in the header. You are welcome to submit your feature request on our request board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. The size of products comes not from our theme, but from WooCommerce settings in Appearance > Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Images. From your screenshot, it looks like the images are cropped.
Please note that once you change these settings you need to regenerate thumbnails using the appropriate plugin.

It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products. In other cases, images may have different heights on the frontend.
