In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

Instagram is platform that displays images, how do you think it should share product information? Sorry, but Instagram itself does not allow sharing from any other sites.
Share and social links are different things.
1) It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.

In the old theme version (you have updated from) all widgets were in theme and we consider that you rewrote some of them in your child-theme. At this moment, due to the new ThemeForest policy, all widgets, post types, and some others files and functions should be in separate plugin for the theme (Royal Core plugin). We made these changes in one of the updates after the old version you had. For now we think you should ask your developer who did those changes in your child-theme to make them compatible with new one. If you need help with the additional customization, submit a customization request to WPKraken team.
Sorry, but additional customization in files is outside the scope of our support.
We are constantly working on the speed of the theme. We are working on the speed of the frontend itself now. When we finish the work we will start the admin part (customizer). Many things need to be considered, such as tests and the inheritability of updates. All should be step by step to avoid problems and make all gentle.
