Do you mean a 3rd party plugin functionality?
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
You can use our Primary category options, go to Edit product > [8theme] Product Options – https://prnt.sc/wiwtek
If you want to use the additional plugin, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you. Also, contact the support of the plugin to get some advice from their side.

GTMetrix changed its testing system, and all the sites that had A, B scores get C, E or F. If we check your site using Pingdom we get much better results. Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) always scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress.
