Ok, we will let you know the solution once find it, but to be able to help, we need, at least, check your problem/settings. As was mentioned, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.
Our theme is 100% compatible with Elementor.
Thanks for screenshots, we are waiting for wp-admin access.

BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in general message area because all the visitors have access to that information! Use the Private content area http://prntscr.com/10guf2p to provide private info.

There is no possibility to keep the same layout for the Categories Masonry element on mobile, unfortunately.

2) We need FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

The problem is caused by this custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/10jibjr , you need to delete or change the code.
Also, add the next code:
