    Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).

    Therefore, in specific cases where this is required, you may use custom CSS code https://prnt.sc/BsZjATUbzAgP or hide/show elements depending on the device https://prnt.sc/GoM0LeXeodzJ https://prnt.sc/0NsYxox2uGSC However, please avoid overusing this method, as even though elements may not be visible, they are still loaded, which can affect the page’s loading speed.

    1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), and updating the Pro Elements plugin. After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the Shop page editor again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Please note that when the Elementor builder is activated (as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/8qa2TJWQLfaH), the settings in the Theme Options may not function as expected. This is because the builder takes priority over the theme settings, which is standard behavior.

    Yes, you can certainly use the Polylang plugin with our theme. We have several clients who have successfully integrated this plugin with our theme. To ensure a smooth integration, we recommend reviewing the documentation provided by the plugin’s author and possibly watching some tutorial videos on YouTube.

    In general, the Polylang plugin should work with our theme just as it would with any other theme.

    Additionally, please read this article – https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ – not all plugins are paid, you can use one of the free plugins (qTranslate(free), or Polylang(free with paid extra options).

    We noticed that your website is currently in maintenance mode, which prevents us from viewing the exact demo version that has been imported.

    In fact, removing the element is not mandatory, and you can continue using it if you prefer not to spend time replacing it. However, if you do wish to remove one element and add or configure another, this can certainly be done. The procedure may vary depending on whether you are using the Elementor or Bakery plugin.
