Download archive of the theme from ThemeForest, go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add new > upload XStore_Theme_v.8.0.5.zip > press the Install Now button to upload and install the theme, activate it. Go to XStore > Welcome > register theme using your purchase code. Then go to Plugins Installer > install and activate XStore Core plugin. All other plugins are recommended but not obligatory.
If your site is live, or you are just worried, I would recommend creating a staging site (full copy of the existing one), you can practice the installation and do some tests there first. If you face any problem, make screenshots, provide URL of the staging site, and temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area here, we will check and help.

footer-product code you can find in wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/content-product.php file, do change via child theme.
Or try to enable ” Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behaviour.
